Ingredients
- 1/2 Wombok
- 1 Lap cheong
- 1 Spring onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 Dried chilli
- 1 T Light soy sauce
- 1 T Chinkiang vinegar
- some Sugar
- some MSG
Instructions
- Tear wombok.
- Fine dice lap cheong.
- Chop 1 spring onion and mince 3 cloves of garlic and 2 dried chillis.
- Premix 1 T soy sauce, 1 T vinegar, and a little sugar and MSG.
- Saute lap cheong until it releases its oil.
- Raise the heat, adding more oil if necessary. Acting quickly, saute aromatics, then after a few seconds add wombok.
- Cook until just softened and add soy sauce mix.
