Ingredients

  • 1/2 Wombok
  • 1 Lap cheong
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Dried chilli
  • 1 T Light soy sauce
  • 1 T Chinkiang vinegar
  • some Sugar
  • some MSG

Instructions

  1. Tear wombok.
  2. Fine dice lap cheong.
  3. Chop 1 spring onion and mince 3 cloves of garlic and 2 dried chillis.
  4. Premix 1 T soy sauce, 1 T vinegar, and a little sugar and MSG.
  5. Saute lap cheong until it releases its oil.
  6. Raise the heat, adding more oil if necessary. Acting quickly, saute aromatics, then after a few seconds add wombok.
  7. Cook until just softened and add soy sauce mix.
