Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 3 t Baking powder
  • 170 g Butter
  • 1/2 c Rolled oats
  • 1 c Coconut
  • 1 c Brown sugar
  • 3/4 c Jam

Instructions

  1. Sift 1 1/2 c flour with 3 t baking powder.
  2. Rub in 170 g butter.
  3. Add 1/2 c rolled oats, 1 c coconut, 1 c sugar.
  4. Press half into slice tray and top with 3/4 c warmed jam.
  5. Sprinkle remainder over top.
  6. Bake moderate for 30 minutes.
