Ingredients

  • 500 g Medium-firm tofu
  • 2 T Soy sauce
  • 1 T Olive oil
  • 1 t Garlic powder
  • 1 t Onion powder
  • 1/2 t Liquid smoke
  • 2 t Maple syrup
  • 1 t Black pepper

Mince substitute based on Kelton’s Kitchen’s recipe. Good on pizza (with onion, perhaps) and in burritos.

Instructions

  1. Press and crumble tofu.
  2. Marinate in all ingredients.
  3. Bake at 200 C for a good long while.
